Our project

Backed by real, utility-scale solar.

GridShare is built by the team behind a 2.8 MW solar project in Gujarat – proof we can develop, finance and run solar at scale.

2.8 MW

Ground-mounted solar project at Village Jam Wanthali, Jamnagar district, Gujarat.

~8 acres

High-efficiency bifacial TOPCon modules.

Early 2027

Expected to generate around 4.7 million units of clean energy a year at steady state.

Since 1988

Built by Makwana Building Construction, the group's infrastructure arm – financed and bankable.

3,448 tCO₂

Sense of place

A real site in Saurashtra.

Our first project sits near Village Jam Wanthali in Jamnagar district, on Gujarat's Saurashtra peninsula – one of India's highest-irradiance solar regions.

Important clarity

GridShare's consumer energy credits will be generated by GridShare's own solar capacity. The Jam Wanthali project shows our group's proven ability to develop, finance and operate solar at scale. GridShare will operate as a subsidiary of Mohan Urja Pvt. Ltd., currently being incorporated.
